Welcome back to a new school year! In our last blog post, we shared a few tips and reminders for using Reach My Teach as you get back into the swing of things. This time, we want to fill you in on some exciting updates, including new features we’ve been working on over the summer.
We’ve been busy and we think you’ll like what’s new.
Forms — Now Built Into RMT (With Translation!)
We’ve added integrated forms so schools and teachers can quickly create and send surveys, permission slips, feedback forms, and more. They work much like Google Forms, but they’re built right into RMT, which means they include our translation feature. You can also collect signatures, making them even more useful for school communications. Forms are available to all schools at no extra cost, though your district may need to turn them on. If you’re not sure, contact us and we’ll help.
Document Delivery — Secure, Translated, and Easy
You can now securely deliver all kinds of documents—like NWEA scores, state testing results, or progress and report cards through RMT, with translation included. Our system is designed to handle large files, including PDFs with multiple pages per student or zip files, and send them quickly and securely. We’re really proud of how simple we’ve made this process, and we can’t wait for you to try it. If you’re interested, have your district get in touch with us.
App Upgrades
The RMT app has also gotten a major update. You’ll now find surveys, documents, and parent-teacher conference tools built right into the app interface. You can check it out in the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store.
Faster Sending Speeds
We’ve made several behind-the-scenes improvements to speed up message delivery. You might not notice the change, but your messages will be reaching families even faster than before.
We’re excited for you to try these new features and to see how they help make communication smoother for your school community. As always, if you have questions or want to learn more, reach out—we’re here to help.
